Foreword

In order to reinforce a Xiaodu Robot’s identity, combined with intelligent translation techniques, PM intends to develop a Conversational News WeChat applet. As a designer, we began qualitative research to determine product feasibility.

Although PM has poor business considerations, it brings more space and high participation to UX. From the beginning of project, we have helped PM to sort out the demand, began user research, from user recruitment to user interviews. Compared to other urgent projects,  this project left us more time to diverge in workshops, the final proposal also adopted more opinions from participating designers. Unfortunately, the product was terminated, but it left me with valuable interview experience.
